Wake Up, Sunshine Tracklist:
Their voice changed, but it did not change their talent! Some Kind Of Disaster - 7/10 One time ueveryone liked this one, I never liked it too much Sleeping In - 8/10 When I listened to the full song I was very impressed! Getaway Green - 8/10 Until the rest were released, this one was my favorite. Melancholy Kaleidoscope - 6/10 Eh. Not the best of the album. The rhythm is okay. Trouble Is - 9/10 I don’t know why I didn’t like this the first time. This one is beautiful! It also sounds so familiar. I love it. Wake Up, Sunshine - 10/10 Probably my favorite of the album! Monsters (feat. blackbear) - 7.5/10 This one is overrated. I don’t dislike it, but it shouldn’t be the most played by such a long shot. Pretty Venom (Interlude) - 4/10 Not a very good interlude in my opinion. Favorite Place (feat. the Band CAMINO) - 7/10 I don’t know why I didn’t like this one at first, either. Safe - 7/10 I judged too quickly one listen to the verse and I was like, nope. But no this is a good song. January Gloom (Seasons, Pt. 1) - 7.5/10 Again, at first I didn’t like it, but now I do. Clumsy - 10/10 Another beautiful, warming, heartfelt masterpiece. Glitter And Crimson - 7/10 I’m started to like the rhythm of this one. Summer Daze (Seasons, Pt. 2) - 7/10 Pretty good. Not the best but still pleasant to listen to. Basement Noise - 6/10 The rhythm of this one is good, but the music sounds kinda pop-like. My top 5 favorites are Sleeping In, Getaway Green, Trouble Is, Wake Up Sunshine, and Clumsy. This album is not a disappointment! Buy it now!
I've been listening to All Time Low since they first came out, and with each album I become more and more impressed. Sleeping In and Favorite Place are probably my most favoritate songs on this album, but all the songs are worth listening to. Love these guys.
This is it, the best album of the century. To make an album of positivity in a pessimistic world is just an absolutely absurd idea but they did it. Now it isn’t all positives on there but they’re just reflecting on real life in this album. You’ll have times when you need to reflect to find yourself (Some Kind of Disaster, Safe) and you’ll have times when you’re depressed (Seasons 1&2, Pretty Venom) and you’ll have times when you wanna fight out of that depression (Melancholy Kaleidoscope) and you’ll have times when you feel in love (Sleeping In, Glitter and Crimson, even Getaway Green) but in the end you’ll always find a way to be happy (Wake Up Sunshine).
Serious question. I was never a legit fan in my high school days(I liked one of their songs here or there). However, their progression in the last three albums has made me a legitimate fan. Amazing work.
Well done All Time Low, well done! At this point, Wake Up Sunshine is easily one of my favorite albums of 2020. I’m loving the pop punk/pop rock sound of this album and the lyrics are amazing too. Personal favorites of mine include “Some Kind of Disaster”, “Getaway Green”, “Trouble is”, “Safe”, and “Basement Noise”. This album has my recommendation for All Time Low and pop punk/pop rock fans. You’ll enjoy this one for sure!
I love everything by All Time Low, this album has me hooked. It’s all I’ve been listening to. I’ve been a fan since day one. They never cease to amaze. It’s the only thing that makes me forget that I’m sick.
Is anyone else having trouble with the first track? I pre-ordered the album and it won’t let me download the Some Kind of Disaster. It shows I have purchased it, but it doesn’t allow it on my phone or my iPod. I have the single, so I was able to make a playlist with the song included, but it would be nice to have the full album available without making a playlist of an album I own and should be able to play in its entirety without the extra leg work. Album is great, though.
This album is wonderful. It’s the best of everything All Time Low always has been mixed with how far they’ve come and who they are now. It’s nostalgic, it’s fresh, it makes you FEEL something. That’s special when an album can do that. You won’t skip through any of these. The writing is great—these aren’t cookie-cutter radio songs that once you’ve heard them once you’ve gotten all you will out of each song. They make you *have* to listen to every word. Each play reveals a different meaning/understanding. Basically it’s an amazing album from an amazing band. Buy it. Stream it. Love it. And after this COVID chaos, go hear it live. 🤘🏼
This is a great album. It is the best one since Nothing Personal. It doesn’t sound like it so that is a huge plus. It sounds different. The songs are great. Any ATL fans I think would enjoy this one or if you are just into music. It is a great album. Buy!
Just recently started listening to these guys and I was so excited for the new album and it’s awesome!! Played Getaway Green and Melancholy Kaleidoscope on repeat for days and I still love them. They’re part of a short list of songs I’ll never get tired of listening to.
I knew this album was going to be good from the first two singles, but they absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. Finding a good pop punk album that flows so well from each song to the next is rare these days. This album is going to be hard to top. Amazing.
This album is exactly what we need right now! The band’s growth, the sounds, the direction, the happiness and hope of this all❤️☀️✨It means more to me than I will ever be able to put into words. 13 years in this fandom, and forever❤️ Thanks for this work of art!!!❤️💕 I really do think it’s their best album so far!
It’s a beautiful put together album starting off strong and narrows down to songs that tell a true story. Catchy songs such as the rapidly growing “Monsters” on the charts. Strongly suggest!!!
this album? amazing. it’s incredible that these four silly dudes from high school got back together under one roof and created this absolute masterpiece of an album for us. it really ties us all back to their roots and i love it so much💛💛
This album is literally beautiful and varies in sound and feel but it has a song for every mood and I love it so much. I’m so beyond proud of these boys for sticking together and staying real to themselves and us. Thanks for this album, it’s a blessing.
